The Prince and Princess of Wales headed to Cardiff on Saturday to attend the Wales vs England Six Nations Match at Principality Stadium.
Prince William, 40, is patron of the Welsh Rugby Union, while wife Kate, 41, is patron of the Rugby Football Union – having taken over the role from the Duke of Sussex last year.
Ahead of kick off, the Royal pair met injured players supported by the Welsh Rugby Charitable Trust, of which William is also patron, and officially opened the Sir Tasker Watkins Suite.
As he greeted those at the reception, William joked he could be set for a "tense" journey home with Kate, as he supports Wales while Kate supports England.
