Mirror Online reports.The programme is made in honour of the Duke of Edinburgh, who died at the age of 99 earlier this year.The documentary will draw on rare archive footage as well as audio recordings with Philip talking about his role as prince, husband and father.It will also feature colourised footage of the Queen and Philip in their younger years as well as interviews with the Duke, a range of topics.Talking about the moment at Diana's funeral, Martin Palmer, co-founder of The Alliance of Religions and Conservation with Prince Philip, spoke of how the Duke recalled the moment of comfort at the traumatic occasion.He said he gently touched William on the back to comfort him and that it had happened only because he thought they were not.
