Following Prince Harry's recent comments downplaying the persistent divorce rumours surrounding him and Meghan Markle, a Royal expert has suggested that the 40 year old's childhood experiences have left him "damaged".
At a book event in New York, Harry quipped about the numerous headlines speculating about his marriage and living arrangements, saying "Apparently we've bought or moved house 10, 12 times.
We've apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well. So it's just like, what?". However, he also acknowledged the challenges of dealing with such speculation, admitting it's "hard to keep up with".
Royal commentator Jennie Bond, speaking exclusively to OK!, attributed Harry's difficulties in the public eye to his personality traits and past experiences. "Harry is stubborn," she said. "And he is also understandably damaged by what happened to his mother.
