Amidst ongoing speculation about the potential return of Prince Harry to his former royal duties, the Duke of Sussex has said such a move would be "unsurvivable." In a candid interview last January on Good Morning America, Prince Harry voiced scepticism about the feasibility of rejoining the Royal Family in an official capacity.
When speaking on his return as a working Royal, Harry stated: "No. I don't think it is ever going to be possible." He added: "Even if there is an agreement, or an arrangement between me and my family, there is that third party that is going to do everything they can to make sure that isn't possible.
Not stopping us going back, but making it unsurvivable." Recent reports have sparked speculation about Prince Harry's possible return to royal duties amid his father's illness.
However, it seems that the terms of his 2020 resignation prevent such a move. A source told The Telegraph: "Those terms were quite clear, and the King's illness hasn't altered that." Another added that a hybrid model as a working royal was not appropriate and "remains the case".
