Harry recently said during the Invictus One Year To Go Event that he has thought about becoming a US citizen - but this could be at risk if the judge decides against him in the court case happening in Washington this Friday, 23 February.
A US think-tank group is petitioning for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to publish Harry's immigration records to find out whether he admitted to his drug use when he entered the US in 2020.
