The Duke of Sussex joined four children supported by the WellChild charity, for which he has been a patron since 2007. He told the group they are "unbelievably inspiring and refreshing" as they told him what the charity has done to help them through their illness.
All the kids he spoke to are previous winners of the WellChild Awards, an annual ceremony giving special recognition to children's strengths.
