Prince Harry has launched a High Court lawsuit against the publisher of the Daily Mail, Associated Newspapers Limited, court filings show.The 37 year old royal is said to have made a libel action against the company Wednesday 23 February, according to court filings.The claim is said to relate to an article published by The Mail On Sunday from February 20.
It's understood the filing relates to a report on the Duke of Sussex's security issues in the UK, relating to the litigation with the Home Office to allow him to pay for his own personal protection for him and his family.

OK! has contacted representatives for the Duke of Sussex for comment. Meghan has previously brought a successful privacy claim against ANL over a string of articles that reported parts of a personal handwritten letter she'd sent to her father Thomas Markle.The Duchess was given an undisclosed amount of money as a result of the copyright claim, and she chose to donate it to charity.The publisher was also told to issue an apology on the front page of their next issue, and pay for any and all legal costs.
