A primary school teacher is said to have visualised stabbing her cheating boyfriend from "left to right" before she carried out a "chilling domestic execution", a court has heard.

Fiona Beal, 50, from Northampton, lured her boyfriend Nick Billingham, 42, into the bedroom for sex, but then knifed him in the neck when he was tied to the bed on November 1, 2021, the Old Bailey was told.

The court heard the man's mummified body was discovered dumped inside a makeshift grave after cops uncovered where he was left by reading the journals penned by Beal, under her alter ego 'Tulip22', reports the Mirror. She has been described as a "highly capable and highly respected teacher", but tried to cover he tracks by carefully pretending to be her partner - texting his family and friends on his phone, it is alleged, and continued with the lie for months, telling his loved ones that he had moved in with another woman as part of her "grand deception."On Monday, April 22, the court heard how the builder had previously had affairs and left their home, but the pair had reconciled afterwards.

Prosecutor Hugh Davies, KC, said that the teacher had hatched the murder plan in advance and purchased a knife. Mr Davies said: "On November 1, she manufactured a positive Covid test result- all you had to do was complete the NHS questionnaire online app self-report a positive test. "There is no evidence she ever did a PCR test.
