The Premier League is set to implement three substantial changes to the VAR process on the back of the controversial disallowed Liverpool goal at Tottenham.
The Merseysiders saw a Luis Diaz effort incorrectly ruled out after the VAR official Darren England and assistant Dan Cook mistakenly called check complete to stand with the on-field decision of offside despite replays showing the Liverpool forward was clearly in an onside position.
The massive mistake has prompted a wave of criticism from fans and pundits while Anfield chief Jurgen Klopp said on Thursday that the fixture should be replayed.
The chaotic audio, released by PGMOL, highlighted further concerns surrounding the decision-making process at Stockley Park.
