Manchester City know that a win over West Ham at home on Sunday will secure them a record fourth Premier League title in a row.
Tuesday’s 2-0 win triumph at Tottenham, thanks to Erling Haaland’s second-half goals, means City lead the table by two points heading into the final day.
City have not lost to West Ham in the League since September 2015, some 16 fixtures ago. Equally, a draw for City and a defeat for Arsenal against Everton at the Emirates Stadium will still see them over the line.
The Gunners last lost at home to the Toffees in 2021. The Blues needed to beat Tottenham - now out of the race for fourth place - to keep the title directly in their own hands.
