Jamie Otis has been diagnosed with postpartum depression six weeks after her son Hendrix’s birth, which she was “terrified to admit out loud.”The Married at First Sight alum, 34, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, July 8: “I’m scared of looking weak. I feel like there’s such a stigma associated with mental illness.⁣ When I heard the doc speak the words ‘postpartum depression’ [at my six-week checkup], I instantly felt like I wasn’t good enough or strong enough to fight the hormones.

Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner's family has grown on Wednesday, with the couple welcoming their son Hayes Douglas.The child was born at 3:37 PM at the couple's New Jersey home, with the assistance of their midwife, according to People.Hayes was born at9 lbs., 4 oz. and measuring 21 inches, joining the couple's three-year-old daughter Henley "Gracie" Grace.

The path to growing their family hasn’t been easy for Married at First Sight alums Jamie Otis, 33, and Doug Hehner, 36. After suffering three miscarriages within five pregnancies, the couple welcomed a healthy baby boy on May 13. Their son made his way into the world at 3:37 p.m. via a water birth at the couple’s New Jersey home. The newborn weighed in a 9 lbs., 4 oz. and measured 21 inches, the couple told PEOPLE and shared photos of the newborn you can see here. The addition of Hayes Douglas Hehner now makes for a family of four that includes his big sister Henley Grace, known as “Gracie,” who will be three in August.

Like so many across the globe, Jamie Otis is struggling to remain positive amid the coronavirus pandemic. The "Married at First Sight" alum is due to give birth to her second child next month and shared an emotional video on Instagram showing her crying after being tested for COVID-19.

Jamie Otis is feeling the stress. The 33-year-old pregnant star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a tearful video of herself sitting in the car. She filmed the clip after getting tested for COVID-19 in a drive-thru testing center.
