A 76-year-old predator has been given 21 years in prison for 15 sex offences, including rape, indecent assault of a child, and possessing extreme pornography.
Christopher Rollings, from Winsford in Cheshire, assaulted three young girls in Macclesfield. He was sentenced today at Chester Crown Court (June 9), where a judge handed down a 21-year-long prison term, with an additional year on licence, and ordered the pervert to sign the sexual offenders register for life.
During the course of the eight-day trial, the court heard that Rollings — of Wharton Bridge, Wharton Road, Winsford — began offending in 1968 until 1980 when he and his victims were living in the Macclesfield area.
