Popular man who died in horror crash had 'dangerously' low tyre tread and 'was not wearing seat belt'

A young man who died in a horror crash in Cheshire had not been wearing a seat belt, an inquest heard. Kieran John Bailey, 26, was driving his black BMW when it was involved in a collision with a white Nissan electric van in Middlewich.

The crash took place on King Street at around 6.08am on Sunday, January 24 this year, Cheshire Live reports.
