Police want to speak to this man after sex attack on tram

Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to after a sex attack on a tram. The attack is said to have happened on the Metrolink between Oldham King Street and Westwood last month, Greater Manchester Police said.

In a statement, a force spokesman said: "Officers from our Transport Unit are investigating a reported sexual assault on the Metrolink between Oldham King Street and Westwood. "The incident occurred on a tram at 4.20pm on Friday 20 September 2024.

Officers are keen to speak with the male pictured as it is believed he can assist officers with their enquiries. "Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police via 101 or GMP Livechat quoting log 3787 20/9/24.
