Fife.Police swooped on a residential area in Kelty after the incident happened at around 9am this morning.A 43-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted the 40-year-old on Keltyhill Road.Emergency services raced to the scene and the victim was taken to Victoria Hospital for treatment.
A large police presence has been reported on the scene with one local saying: "There's police everywhere, just passed them."A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 9.05am on Saturday, February 6, police were called following the alleged assault of a 40-year-old man on Keltyhill Road, Kelty at 6pm on Friday, 5 January 2021.
