Police issue CCTV appeal for witnesses following Wigan murder

Police have released CCTV images of four people who may have witnessed the ‘crucial moments’ before a murder in Wigan. Officers were called to a stabbing on Charles Street in Tyldesley at around 1.30am on September 25.

A 30-year-old man, who was later identified as Thomas Williamson, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. He was discovered with multiple stab wounds, GMP said.
