Police Scotland have made a public appeal for help from the local community in their murder investigation to find the Christmas killer of a Rutherglen grandmother.
Ann Coll was found with serious injuries at her property on Newfield Place in the South Lanarkshire town at around 12.45am just days before Christmas, on Friday, December 22 - a day which she had planned to spend with her granddaughter.
The mother of three and grandmother of eight was pronounced dead at the scene in what was described as a “violent attack”.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
