Forensic officers are continuing to investigate at the scene of a shooting in Moss Side as police put in a dispersal order for the area.
A cordon remains in place on a stretch of Claremont Road, where a 20-year-old man was fatally shot in the early hours of the morning on Monday (August 15).
An area near a small park between Cowesby Street and Roseberry Street also remains taped off. Crime scene investigators were pictured combing the road for evidence this morning, which is still strewn with litter from the aftermath of a street party held following Manchester Caribbean's Carnival.
