A man has been arrested after an alleged theft at a funeral parlour in Glasgow. Police were called to Dennistoun after receiving a report of a theft from McLeans Funeral Services on Alexandra Parade on Monday, June 27.

Officers attended and carried out enquiries and a 39-year-old man was arrested in connection with the alleged theft, reports Glasgow Live.

A report will be forwarded to the Procurator Fiscal. A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "On Monday, 27 June, police received a report of a theft from a business on Alexandra Parade, Glasgow.
