Plans to build homes on site of a Biggar hotel submitted to South Lanarkshire Council

A planning application to demolish a hotel in Bigger and convert it into homes has been submitted to South Lanarkshire Council.The application was made to the council on August 15 and validated on October 17 to demolish the Abington Hotel in Biggar into ten homes.Plans include demolishing the hotel cottage to provide a range of houses with an access road and parking.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
