Plans for another drive-thru restaurant at Asda Toryglen have been rejected by Glasgow City Council.In December 2021, Euro Garages Ltd submitted a planning application to construct "a high quality addition to the existing retail site" - which already has a McDonald's drive-thru - to the left of the car park entrance across from the petrol station.The proposal has now been rejected by Glasgow City Council planning officials because it was not "adequately screened for flood risk."The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
