Plan ahead warning as two Lanarkshire roads set to shut for five days next week

Motorists are advised to plan ahead with their journeys as two Monklands roads get set to close for five days next week.Carriageway resurfacing work will see Coatbridge’s Oxford Street shut from August 22-26.The closure will run between Henderson Street and Kirk Street, with both of those roads available as diversions for motorists and pedestrians still able to access the road "where practical".The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
