He said: "I just want to say a very happy 9th birthday to my little girl Elise." His co-star Susanna Reid added: "Oh happy birthday Elise!" "She's nine years old today," Piers said. "She obviously had a massive socially distanced party yesterday for one person with a little cake and we had a nice time but she couldn't have a party obviously. "She was not happy about that but she is going to school and Elise - I know you're watching - happy birthday and we will celebrate later!
