Earlier this evening, the couple opened up about being burgled as they slept while on holiday in the South of France. The incident happened early in the morning on Thursday - the day the couple were due to leave the south of France and return to the UK.
Writing in her Telegraph article, 44-year-old Celia reflected on the treasured items that had been taken - and how painful having her "memories trampled over" has been.
One of them was an art deco ring that Piers, who Celia has been married to for 10 years, bought her as a fifth wedding anniversary gift.
