Piers Morgan has weighed in on Britney Spears ' conservatorship battle and branded her a "legal slave" after the pop icon addressed a LA courtroom on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old pop star appeared remotely at Los Angeles' Court and it was the first time Britney has been heard in open court in the 13 yeas of her conservatorship.
Britney spoke directly to Superior Judge Brenda Penny about her life under the restrictions of the conservatorship, which have seen tight controls put over her finances and affairs since 2008.
