Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is hopeful of securing a summer move to Barcelona - but the Catalans see the Arsenal striker as their plan B.
The Gunners frontman has entered the final 12 months of his deal and may be moved on if the two parties cannot agree on a contract extension.
The Nou Camp has long been touted as a possible destination for the 31-year-old. But Barcelona have their sights set on Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez and will only move for Aubameyang if a move for the Argentine fails.
Manchester United were also linked with Martinez, who has scored 18 times this term, but are not willing to meet his £100m release clause.
