The Top Gun actor has been trying to flog his lavish ranch since 2014 and surprisingly, has had no luck so far. According to the listings page on Sotheby’s, the actor is asking for $39.5 million (€33 million) for the 320-acre property which is located in the picturesque town of Telluride, Colorado.
Let’s face it, it looks like something you’d see on a wintery postcard, and yet, nobody seems to want to snap the property up.
