He has now posted on Instagram about the show ahead of its launch next Monday. The former presenter wrote: "Now you know how I spent my Summer!

Cast Away starts Monday on @channel5_tv & My5 at 9pm." He also shared a series of pictures of him from the programme on Instagram.
