This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield has opened up on the nerve-wracking moment in which he told his wife Stephanie Lowe’s parent that he was in fact gay.

Phillip told the story on the Chris Evan’s How To Wow podcast, explaining that he had decided to break the news to them while he was preparing Christmas dinner.
