Alison Hammond reveals she is pre-diabetic and begs Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield for help

On Wednesday’s This Morning, Alison Hammond revealed that she has been diagnosed as pre-diabetic.The 45 year old told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that she needs to make changes to her diet in order to stop her developing type 2 diabetes and avoid a host of health issues.

Speaking directly to This Morning viewers, Alison asked them to help her too and to tell her to stop if they see her eating chocolate or sweets, as she can longer have them.
