Russell Brown and Sandy Linzer allege that Lipa “duplicate[d]” the “signature” opening melody for ‘Levitating’ from their 1979 song ‘Wiggle and a Giggle All Night’ and 1980 song ‘Don Diablo’, performed by Cory Daye and Miguel Bosé respectively.“The signature melody is the most listened to and recognizable part of the infringing works and plays a crucial role in their popularity,” the complaint reads.

HE was a famous Hollywood director and she was Playboy’s brightest star – “the next Marilyn Monroe” according to some.  It should have been a classic romance, but the story of late Sopranos star Peter Bogdanovich’s love for Playboy model Dorothy Stratten ended like something from a horror movie.  Bogdanovich - who died yesterday of natural causes at his California home, aged 82 - was an undisputed titan of Hollywood. He was best known for his work on films like Paper Moon and Oscar-nominated The Last Picture Show, and for starring in The Sopranos as the therapist Dr Elliot Kupferberg.

Peter Bogdanovich, the legendary director behind The Last Picture Show and Paper Moon, has died at age 82.The acclaimed filmmaker died of natural causes in his Los Angeles homeshortly after midnight on Thursday, his daughter Antonio Bogdanovich revealed toThe Hollywood Reporter.According to Deadline, Bogdanovich's family was with him at the time of his passing. Paramedics were unable to revive him by the time they had arrived.Considered part of a generation of young 'New Hollywood' directors, Bogdanovich was heralded as an auteur from the start, with the chilling lone shooter film Targets.Soon after, The Last Picture Show, from 1971, his evocative portrait of a small, dying town earned eight Oscar nominations and won two (for Ben Johnson and Cloris Leachman), catapulting him to stardom at the age of 32.
