Having lived in the Withdean area of Brighton, in a house that most of us could only ever dream of owning, Peter Andre was a local in the coastal town of Brighton & Hove.
Owning a home on one of the most expensive roads in Brighton, the singer's abode featured a plunge pool, sauna and a jacuzzi.
Around the same time as living here, Peter took a slight career change, opting to open two New York Coffee Club shops in both Brighton and East Grinstead back in 2011/2012.
