Our Flag Means Death is coming back for a second season on HBO Max.

Lauren Coates “Yellowjackets” and “Scream” star Jasmin Savoy Brown has a new podcast, titled “Today in Gay.” Described as a “short, joyful daily news podcast by and for the queer community,” Brown came up with the show three years ago when she realized there’s no queer equivalent to NPR’s “Up First” or the NY Times’ “The Headlines.” Though Brown serves as creator, the podcast will be hosted by Nay Bever, “Our Flag Means Death” star Vico Ortiz and Bex-Taylor Klaus. Bever and Brown will produce the podcast alongside editor and theme song-composer Lauren Klein, with research by Hannah Nobrega and illustrations by Jax Ko. All members of the “Today in Gay” production team identify as members of the queer community.

EXCLUSIVE: Phil LaMarr (Kung Fu Panda 4, Futurama), Tara Strong (Loki, Guardians of the Galaxy), and Vico Ortiz (Transparent, Our Flag Means Death) have joined the new animation series Atlantis Rocks, created by actor, producer, and star Coty Galloway, who voiced Avocato, on Warner Bros. animation series, Final Space. The cast is rounded out by Olan Rogers (Creator of Final Space), Dan Brumm (Bluey), Sophia Thomas, Valory Pierce, Bailey Galloway, and Da’Jonte Phillips.

Max is not moving forward with a third season of its period comedy series Our Flag Means Death. Deadline understands that the first two seasons will not be removed from the streaming service.

Max has announced that the second season of original series “Our Flag Means Death,” starring Rhys Darby and Taika Waititi, will be released on Oct. 5. The streamer also released a teaser for the new season of the pirate-y, period rom-com series.

Paradigm will be relocating its L.A. offices from 8942 Wilshire Blvd. in Beverly Hills to the Green Building of West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Center, at 8687 Melrose Avenue, a representative for the agency has confirmed. Paradigm, which had been based at Wilshire since 2018, will begin occupying its new L.A. office space this month.
