Twister sequel titled Twisters is set to spin into theaters for a summer 2024 release

The worldwide box office hit Twister has announced a release date for the long-awaited sequel titled Twisters, which is set to come out in the summer of 2024.Universal Pictures announced this week that the theatrical release will be on July 19, 2024.The film has been in the works since 2020 and in October 2022, it was announced that the writer of 2015's The Revenant, Mark L. Smith, would be writing the script for the film.
