Strictly dancer Oti Mabuse is leaving the show.

Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse has announced that she is leaving the hit BBC show after seven years. The professional dancer, who has lifted the glitter ball twice with actor Kevin Fletcher and comedian Bill Bailey, took to Instagram to share the news that she had made the "difficult decision" to quit and start a new chapter.

Oti Mabuse, 31, has found herself at the centre of controversy following the latest instalment of Dancing On Ice on Sunday.The judge looked phenomenal in a plunging gown in yellow that she paired with a large aquamarine necklace and matching earrings.However, some viewers did not seem too impressed as they took to Twitter to voice their opinion on the show-stopping gown.Some branded the dress inappropriate, while others accused the TV star of putting too much cleavage on display.Karen M Renton said: “Oti's dress is obscene. Bez has become the latest contestant to be voted off Dancing On Ice. After a skate-off against Sally Dynevor and her pro partner Matt, Bez, 57, was the celebrity to be booted off the show by the judges.

Liberty Poole has been eliminated in week five after losing the skate off. Oti Mabuse was the only judge the save the Love Island star after she performed once again, with Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean all voting to save Kye Whyte. Liberty’s exit comes after she took a tumble on the ice during her routine to Right Round by Flo Rida with her partner Joe Johnson.
