Naman Ramachandran The Mouse House has a new captain steering its ship in Japan. The Walt Disney Company revealed Friday the appointment of Tamotsu Hiiro as its new managing director for Japan.

The event, which also featured Dana Walden, co-chairman of Disney Entertainment and continues Thursday local time, also saw the unveiling of several previews and sneak peeks not previously shown to Asia Pacific consumers or business media.
