Kroy Biermann is facing more legal woes.According to new court docs obtained by ET from the Fulton County, Georgia Superior Court clerk's office, the former NFL player is being sued by BMW Financial Services for allegedly failing to make payments on his Rolls-Royce.Per the docs, BMW claims that Biermann defaulted on the terms of the contract signed at the time the car was leased by failing to make payments as agreed. BMW also alleges that Biermann has «failed and refused» to turn over the vehicle, which they say is still located at his Alpharetta, Georgia home.Included with the lawsuit is also a copy of Biermann's lease agreement as well as a transaction statement from May 16, 2023, which shows which payments have been made and missed.

Kroy Biermann has a laundry list of reasons why he thinks the court should appoint guardians for his and Kim Zolciak-Biermann's four minor children, including claims Kim is putting the kids in danger.In court documents filed earlier this week in the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia, Kroy claims he's concerned for his children's safety with Kim because, among other things, she «frequently takes videos of herself while she is driving, even when the children are with her in the car.»According to the documents, obtained by ET, Kroy says the divorce is now far from being an amicable one. That much was evident after Kim previously filed legal documents requesting he undergo drug testing.

Kim Zolciak shared a cryptic message this week about being blamed for another person’s "toxic behavior" amid her divorce from former NFL player husband Kroy Biermann.  "Manipulation is when they blame you for your reaction to their toxic behavior, but never discuss their disrespect that triggered you," a quote shared by the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum, 45, on her Instagram Stories said.  "READ THAT AGAIN…" she added underneath the quote.  Earlier this month, Biermann, 37, filed for divorce "on the ground that the marriage is irretrievably broken." Zolciak filed her own petition the same day.The estranged couple have been married for 11 years. In his petition, Biermann claims "the parties have accumulated certain debts and obligations, during the course of this marriage," and he is seeking an "equitable division of same." In addition to their marital woes, the former couple owe the IRS more than $1 million in unpaid taxes from 2013, 2017 and 2018, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
