Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), chairman of the Judiciary committee, said the documents “tell a very disturbing story.”“Facebook saw Instagram as a powerful threat that could siphon business away from Facebook, so rather than compete with it, Facebook bought it,” Nadler said.
