Councillors Chris Wills and Gavin White, who represent the Withington and Old Moat wards respectively, said the consultation was a chance for residents to work together to realise the town hall’s vision.“The draft framework was co-produced with local people and businesses, so it is only right they now get a chance to shape it further,” they said.“We are also pleased that the Council has extended the consultation period.
