The mum-of-four, who shares two kids with former EastEnders star Joe, went all out for the occasion on Sunday (June 19) - which started with a family breakfast.As well as Stacey's dad David, the couple were also joined by their son Rex, baby daughter Rose and Joe's eldest son Harry. The group firstly sat down for breakfast as the Loose Women star, 32, carefully decorated the dining table with place mats and faux eucalyptus stems.
