Underscore Talent has named former Studio71 executive Nick Jacklin to a newly created position as partner and president of business development. The announcement was made by Reza Izad and Dan Weinstein, the company’s cofounders and partners.

The team that launched The Collective more than 15 years ago is reuniting to start a new digital-first management firm. Michael Green, Reza Izad and Dan Weinstein have formed Underscore Talent, which will work with digital creators with the goal of helping them build long-lasting careers.
