Disney+ has released a trailer for its upcoming original K-drama No Way Out: The Roulette.The upcoming crime-thriller drama follows police officer Baek Joong-sik (Signal’s Cho Jin-woong), who is forced to protect the life of a heinous criminal, Kim Guk-ho (Reply 1988’s Yoo Jae-myung), after his release from prison.In the new trailer, a news announcer shares that a masked vigilante – known for handing out rewards for random acts dictated by the spin of a roulette – has put out a hit on Kim Guk-ho, who has just completed a 13-year prison sentence. With a KRW15billion reward on the line, different parties begin plotting their hit on Kim.Upon Kim Guk-ho’s release, Baek informs him of the situation and becomes his police guard, responding to the various threats and attempts on his life.No Way Out: The Roulette also stars Kim Moo-yeol as Lee Sang-bong, a lawyer employed by Kim Guk-ho who argues that his rights are being violated.

Believer will be produced as a Netflix original.On June 20, Netflix shared that it has greenlit the production of Believer 2, the sequel to 2018’s Believer starring veteran actors Cho Jin-woong (Signal) and Our Blues’ Cha Seung-won.The streaming giant has since confirmed its casting for the forthcoming film, with Cho and Cha, along with Kim Dong-young, returning in their original roles. Patrick Frater Asia Bureau ChiefNetflix has given a green light to “Believer 2,” a sequel to the 2018 hit crime action film “Believer.” While the first film clocked up 5.06 million spectators and amassed a gross box office of $33.6 million in its theatrical career, the sequel will play only online. The company said that the film will be directed by Baek Jong-yeol, who previously directed “The Beauty Inside,” a 2015 hit fantasy romance in which a person takes on a different physical appearance every day.
