The group's new record Confetti is sending pulses racing but it left some parents feeling too hot under the collar. Perrie, Jesy Nelson, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock used "their own sexual energy" to write the songs.
Now Perrie has addressed concerns that some lines are too much for their younger fans. The singer says the sometimes want to talk about "naughty things".
Speaking openly to Metro.co,uk, Perrie said: "I think there’s a way of doing it, there’s being really cheeky and being a bit naughty but not full out saying it. "It’s just getting clever with the lyrics and I think we’ve done that
