Ex-Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has teased his return to professional football - just weeks after his contract at Juventus was terminated.
The 31-year-old left the Italian outfit on November 30, despite having his ban for a doping offence in September 2023 cut down to 18 months after a successful appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Pogba, however, is unable to return to team training until January 2025 and his return to competitive action will have to wait until March - and after the January transfer window. ALSO READ: Guardiola questions City transfer plan in striking admission ALSO READ: The latest Manchester United injury news before City derby But that hasn't stopped the midfielder from, seemingly, dropping a hint about his future on Instagram, as a cryptic story he posted on Friday night contained an hourglass emoji followed by a zipped mouth and a stuck-out tongue.
Earlier this month, France international Pogba was linked with a shock move back to United, where he made over 200 appearances after re-signing with the club in a £89million deal back in 2016.
