A warning has been issued to tourists planning a trip to a popular Lancashire beach. It comes as forecasters predict a warm and sunny spell across the country, with tourists expected to flock to local beaches and beauty spots.
Sefton Council used social media on July 28 to caution visitors about parking at Ainsdale beach. The council stated that due to a technical glitch, card payments might not be accepted at the Ainsdale Beach car park.
To ensure visitors can park and pay, they were advised to bring cash, reports Lancs Live. The council added: "We're sorry for any inconvenience."
