Paddy McGuinness has shared a glimpse at some of the 'honest' messages he previously received from Liam Payne in the wake of his tragic death.

The singer, who found fame on The X Factor with the boy band One Direction, died after falling from a balcony on the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Wednesday (October 16), aged 31.

A post-mortem examination report found that Payne died of multiple traumas and "internal and external haemorrhage", as a result of the fall.

Famous faces from across the music industry have paid tribute to the star, who embarked on a solo career after One Direction went on indefinite hiatus in 2016, including his former One Direction bandmates.
