The telly presenter, 46, joked he had no choice but to share the extreme multitasking scenes in his house with his Instagram followers.
The clip shows Christine McGuinness putting in the work on her spin bike, and Paddy can be heard asking: "Erm, aren't the kids supposed to be having a bath, love?" Christine responds: "Yep, the kids are in the bath.
I'm keeping an eye on the kids. Safety first." “Nearly there,” Christine tells her kids, as she lets them know she’s almost done with her exercise.
