Bolton star Paddy McGuinness has opened up about how therapy changed his outlook on life. The Farnworth-born comedian has spoken for the first time about how therapy made him realise material possessions do not always hold the key to happiness.
The 44-year-old said he initially took up therapy sessions to combat his fear of flying before starting as co-host on car show Top Gear last year.
But in a candid interview, the dad-of-three revealed how it made him realise that fame and money is not the “be-all or end-all”.
