Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. However, Greater Manchester Police said they continued to receive reports about the gathering through the evening, and at around 2.50am on Saturday they were called to reports of a fight involving around 50 people.Some revellers dispersed when police.
