Outlander's Graham McTavish and Lotte Verbeek on Their Wild Return to the Show

The irony of all this is that Buck is her child, but she has no idea because, well, that's time travel for you. (In case you forgot, she was pregnant when she was about to be burned as a witch, and that's what saved her.)In another ironic twist of fate, Roger had put out word among the locals that he was searching for a “fairy man.” And who should arrive on the scene with potential evidence of this person?
None other than Dougal McKenzie (Graham McTavish), who meets Geillis for the first time and will eventually father the child with her that turns out to be Buck.
So, Buck is basically meeting his parents.Dougal shows Roger a trinket which may be evidence of the “fairy man,” which the latter pretends not to recognize.
